After years of dial-up, we can finally take advantage of the modern Internet and all it has to offer – news, weather, sports, entertainment, education, business and medical.
We are so happy with NetSet. Not only can the kids use iTunes and their online gaming but we also discovered and now use NetFlix all the time.
Hello to NetSet. The tower north of Arborg was out of commission. I called in and left a message. I did receive a message from NetSet explaining the problem I wish to complement the individual who left the message. Very professional. I was in the customer service position myself and all positive comments are welcome.
Just wanted to let you know we had our install yesterday at the lake. I wasn’t there but I thought you should know how impressed my wife Amanda was with Cole’s service.
He was early, he was polite and informative and he left our lot perfectly clean when he was done. She mentioned a couple times how impressed she was!

Park West School Division
The Park West School Division has worked closely with NetSet Communications for the last number of years. NetSet provides a Wide Area Network (WAN) for the Division which provides connectivity between all 14 schools and other off campus sites within the division. The PWSD has over 2500 students and staff who have access to over 1400 devices that depend on this WAN for connectivity. The division has an 85 Mbps connection to the cloud which can be seamlessly upgraded as demand increases. In addition to its own VOIP phone system, the division runs Bellamy Accounting, IITV, PowerSchool, and First Class using the same topology
I just wanted to send a quick note to say Tanya Spracklin is one hell of an employee. Anyone would be lucky to have her. I had my doubts about your services tried a few options and at the end of the day came back to Netset as it is simply the best choice I have. Tanya was just great in helping me get my equipment all back in order and my account reactivated. She was patient, took the time to listen to me and my complaints! Yet she made me feel not just valuable as a customer but as a person. Such qualities are rare these days make sure you keep her around as long as you can. She will do your corporation well.

We are so happy to have switched to NetSet
My family consists of myself, my husband and 3 boys, 2 of whom are teenagers. So we use a lot of data in our home on a daily basis. As well, my husband has a home office.
There are times in the evening when all 5 of us are either on social media and or Netflix/YouTube and the speed of our internet remains fast. Our previous internet provider couldn’t meet our demands. If we were watching Netflix, YouTube or even at time just social media, it was constantly buffering. It was very frustrating. When we made the switch, a rep came out and met with us in our home. He quickly set us up with a 10 foot tower because of where we live in rural Manitoba, explained it all to us and left us with a few numbers to call if we have any problems. We signed up in June of 2016 and to date, there have only been 2 days when we were without internet due to a damaged tower. I also like how I get a text telling me an invoice has been emailed to me.
We are so happy to have switched to NetSet and are constantly recommending it to everyone! Thanks for keeping my family happy!
